Therapist

Job Overview SKOPOS Care is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated therapist to join our team at our Level 1 Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) serving boys ages 10-15 years old. Our mission is to provide therapeutic, structured, and individualized care for youth experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges who require a higher level of intervention. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy in accordance with residents' treatment plan. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings. Collaborate with direct care staff, medical professionals, and community partners to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and agency standards. Support a safe, therapeutic, and strengths-based environment for residents. Qualifications Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Kentucky Licensure (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) or eligible for supervision toward licensure. Experience working with children/adolescents is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and crisis intervention skills. Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop effective treatment plans based on client assessments. Competence in conducting group therapy sessions while fostering a supportive environment for youth. We accept KY Medicaid and MCOs from anywhere in Kentucky.
