Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately identify mental health conditions. Deliver individual, group, and family counseling sessions using therapeutic modalities such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage acute mental health emergencies effectively while ensuring patient safety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate case management and patient care best practices. Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with mobility or transportation challenges. Engage in clinical research activities to enhance therapeutic approaches and contribute to the advancement of behavioral health knowledge. Requirements Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Social Worker (CSW) we can provide supervision, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or equivalent credential. Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or geriatrics in outpatient or inpatient settings. Proficiency in crisis management techniques and behavior management strategies for diverse populations. Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation. Experience delivering telehealth services using secure digital platforms. Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health and mental health counseling practices. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients from varied backgrounds. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
