Clinician Join the Team at Stepping Stones LLC Stepping Stones LLC Position Type Full-Time | In-Person | 40 Hours Per Week Position Overview Stepping Stones LLC is seeking a motivated and compassionate TCADC or CADC to join our growing BHSO team working with adults experiencing Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder diagnoses. Supportive and positive work environment Opportunity for professional growth and advancement Meaningful work helping adults in recovery and mental health treatment Full-time consistent schedule Evaluation completed after 90 days with opportunity for a pay increase Annual evaluations with additional opportunities for pay increases Work alongside a multidisciplinary behavioral health team Job Responsibilities The clinician will provide behavioral health and substance use treatment services including, but not limited to: Facilitating psychoeducational and process group therapy sessions Conducting individual therapy and counseling sessions Completing treatment plans and treatment plan updates Providing family therapy and family support sessions Completing clinical documentation in a timely manner Performing assessments and client intake documentation Assisting with crisis intervention when needed Monitoring client progress and participation in treatment Coordinating care with other providers and community resources Maintaining compliance with Medicaid and state regulations Participating in clinical staffing and team meetings Assisting clients with recovery-focused goals and relapse prevention planning Maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards Providing support, encouragement, and accountability to clients throughout treatment Qualifications Kentucky professional license TCADC, or CADC required Experience working with mental health and/or substance use populations preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work well within a team environment Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude Schedule Monday-Friday 40 hours per week In-person position Apply Today If you are looking for a career where you can grow professionally while helping individuals build healthier and more stable lives, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Stepping Stones LLC team.
