Education and Job experience:

Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling

LCSW, CSW, LPCC, MFT & MFTA

valid licensure in the state of Kentucky 1+ year experience as a therapist CPR and First Aid certified • CPI certified •

Job Requirements:
