$49,000•$68,000 + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Make an Impact Where It Matters Most P3SG is hiring a Clinical Therapist to join a residential behavioral health program supporting individuals on their recovery journey. What Sets This Role Apart Consistent weekday schedule (no nights or overnights) $5,000 sign-on bonus Collaborative clinical team environment Opportunity to work with a high-impact patient population Non-profit, mission-driven organization Key Responsibilities Deliver individual and group therapy sessions Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment plans Manage an assigned caseload within a residential setting Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Support discharge planning and continuity of care Respond to patient needs in a structured clinical environment Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field Active Kentucky license ( CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LMFT ) Minimum 3 years of clinical experience Background in behavioral health, mental health, or related settings Strong documentation and case management skills Work Environment This is an onsite position in Manchester, KY within a residential treatment program . Candidates must be comfortable working in a structured behavioral health setting.
