[In-Person, Virtual, or Hybrid - customize] About Sesh Mental Health Therapy Sesh Mental Health Therapy is a growing practice dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered care. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where clinicians can build their caseload, maintain autonomy, and deliver meaningful therapeutic services to individuals and families. Position Overview Sesh Mental Health Therapy is seeking a motivated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor . This position provides the opportunity to deliver individual and family counseling services while maintaining flexibility and clinical independence. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy to clients across a variety of mental health needs Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation (e.g., Biopsychosocial Assessments, SOAP notes, treatment & Discharge plans) Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, solution-focused, etc.) Collaborate with other providers when clinically appropriate Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing board requirements Manage caseload and scheduling independently Manage effective self marketing for client caseload generation.
Qualifications Active Louisiana Clinical License:
PLPC(Supervision Offered), LMSW (Under supervision), LPC, LCSW, LMFT Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Experience providing individual and/or family therapy preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
