Are:
An individual who possesses a qualifying degree and holds licensure at an independent level (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT), OR an individual who possesses a qualifying degree toward licensure, and oral and written fluency in a needed language, OR an individual who possesses a qualifying degree toward licensure and, expertise in a content area relevant to in home therapy and children's services. The individual will additionally possess and maintain a Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths Assessment (CANS) certification. Must be 21 years or older, hold a valid driver's license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and maintain a flexible schedule.
What You Will Do:
Complies with all center policies and procedures. Attends all internal and external meetings as required. Meets with supervisor weekly. Follows In Home Therapy (IHT) policies and procedures, engages in routine CBHI trainings, and shows interest in professional development. Completes all necessary paperwork as set forth by the IHT Performance Specifications, adheres to family voice and choice, and uses a person-centered, strengths-based approach.
