The primary responsibilities of this flexible position: In home therapy visits with clients in their homes or placements. Develops Assessment/ Treatment plan and assesses client needs Advocates and provides services for families and children in reunification, such as parenting and mental health Provides translation for assessment and treatment plans Identifies community resources for client referrals Maintains client data and prepares reports Participates in in-service training programs Complete all documentation required for client files Required to participate in organizational fundraisers and community events Maintain a flexible work schedule that will include evening and weekend hours Other related duties as assigned by
