Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 3:45-6:45Chicopee:

Flexible schedule, 10 hours a week About Us Central ABA Services is a growing applied behavior analysis (ABA) provider dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. We value compassionate care, evidence-based practices, and strong support for our staff. Position Overview We are seeking motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental disorders. Behavior Technicians implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school settings Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs Collect accurate data during therapy sessions Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional relationship with clients and families Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding client progress Follow ethical and professional standards at all times Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Experience working with children preferred (ABA, autism, childcare, education, or related fields) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations Ability to pass background checks Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid training and ongoing supervision RBT certification support Flexible scheduling Opportunities for advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Physical Requirements Ability to sit on the floor, stand, walk, and engage in play-based activities Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 40 lbs] if needed How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume to or apply on indeed .
