Empower. Inspire. Are you passionate about igniting positive change in the lives of children and families? Step into the spotlight as a Senior Therapist at May Institute! Make a real impact as a Senior Therapist at our Randolph Center by providing 1:1 and group ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build social, communication, and play skills. Collaborate with a supportive BCBA team while customizing fun, evidence-based treatment. As a Senior Therapist you will have the opportunity to earn both restricted and unrestricted hours while making a difference every day! What You'll do, your impact Implement individualized treatment plans for your caseload or as a floater in our center-based programs. Collect and document data daily , tracking client progress and outcomes. Collaborate with BCBAs to evaluate procedures, conduct assessments , and recommend skill-building goals. Support caregivers with training and guidance to apply behavior strategies effectively at home and in the community. Assist in scheduling, staff support , and maintaining smooth center operations. Mentor and support team members, providing feedback and promoting high-quality treatment delivery. What You'll Bring Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience, paired with reliable transportation (travel is required)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Child Development, or related field Required (Master's in ABA preferred)Experience:
At least 1 year of ABA experience with children, especially those with developmental disabilitiesTeam Player:
