This position focuses on supporting families facing emotional or behavioral challenges and helping them develop effective coping strategies, communication skills, and healthier daily routines. The clinician works closely with families to create a supportive and stable environment that promotes long-term well-being.
Responsibilities:
Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic services to children and families in home and community settings Support families in building healthy coping skills and communication strategies Coordinate care with schools, healthcare providers, and community services Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches when necessary Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience working with children, adolescents, or families preferred Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation for local travel may be required
