We are seeking a licensed or license-eligible mental health clinician to join our team and provide in-person services at our West Springfield office. This position is ideal for a clinician looking to supplement an existing role, build additional clinical hours, or grow their caseload within a supportive and collaborative practice environment. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to clients in an office setting. Complete clinical documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner. Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice. Collaborate with therapists, psychiatric providers, and administrative staff as needed. Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings when appropriate. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Massachusetts license (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT) or license-eligible clinician working toward independent licensure. Ability to provide a minimum of 10 in-person clinical hours per week. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative team. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
