Job Description

ABS Behavioral Health Services provides ABA based interventions to children, adolescents, and adults with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Through the use of evidence based therapy, we address behaviors that are socially significant for the individuals. Behavior therapists work 1:1 in the home, community, or center-based setting following behavior intervention plans and treatment plans designed by the
BCBA/LABA.
Part time and Full-Time positions available in the Worcester location Full-time schedule is currently Monday-Friday between 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM (with breaks incorporated). Part time schedule is currently Monday-Friday between 2:00 PM -7:00 PM and Saturdays 9:30 AM-12:30 PM. Work directly with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the home, community, or center based setting Collect behavior data, skill acquisition data and session notes each session Implement Behavior Intervention Plans and treatment plans as developed by the
BCBA/LABA
Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality at all times Work collaboratively with the family, supervisor, and other therapists on the case Qualifications Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred Individuals with a high school diploma or Associate's degree with relevant experience are encouraged to apply Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel up to 25 miles from the office locations in Worcester and Framingham Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and be able to pass a background check Benefits Competitive hourly rates are offered based on degree and relevant work experience 401K Retirement Plan with employer match On the job, paid training RBT 40 hour online training course • To find out more about ABS Behavioral Health Services, please see our website www. absbehavioralhealthservices.com. •
