We are currently seeking LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC clinicians to join our School-Based Mental Health Program . Meet regularly with assigned clients to support treatment goals and positive outcomes. Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines. Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and required trainings. Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, social workers, case managers, probation officers, and other community partners to ensure coordinated care. Continually assess client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate. Maintain compliance with agency policies and state regulations while supporting positive client outcomes. Perform other duties that contribute to quality care and program success.
Qualifications Qualified applicants must:
Hold an active Maryland LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LCPC license in good standing. Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Successfully pass a criminal background check. Demonstrate excellent communication, clinical, and organizational skills. Be passionate about serving children, adolescents, and families in a school-based setting. Ready to Make an Impact?
