BT/RBT

Join Our ABA Team! Platinum Therapeutics is seeking dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Our team is committed to delivering individualized, evidence-based treatment in home, clinic, school, and community settings while supporting meaningful progress for the families we serve. Position Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA Provide 1:1 direct therapy services to clients Collect accurate session and behavior data Support skill acquisition in communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral domains Implement behavior intervention strategies and reinforcement procedures Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers to promote consistency and generalization Maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and client confidentiality

Qualifications For BT Applicants:

High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children preferred Willingness to complete RBT training and certification within 60 days of hire

For RBT Applicants:
