Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Duties Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients' developmental goals Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, feeding, and hygiene routines Collect and record data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Support clients in developing communication, social skills, and behavior management techniques tailored to their needs Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency in intervention approaches and progress tracking Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and managing sensitive medical records securely Contribute to the development and implementation of personalized care plans aligned with each client's unique needs Skills Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy techniques Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder Ability to assist with ADLs and support behavioral health in various settings Proficiency in data collection methods and maintaining accurate medical documentation Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management Excellent teaching and communication skills to engage clients effectively Patience, compassion, and a proactive attitude toward behavior management and client care Join us in making a difference!
