Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team! Are you passionate about helping others through meaningful, evidence-based therapy? Do you want to work in a supportive, flexible, and client-focused environment? If so, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Provide therapy services (individual, group, or family) to clients with diverse backgrounds and mental health needs Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate documentation Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and other professionals Attend team meetings and stay updated with current practices and training
Experience:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, etc.) in
MARYLAND
2+ years of clinical experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently and in a team setting
