The Honey Clinical Training & Development Track is designed for clinicians who are excited to learn, receive support, develop specialty areas, and become exceptional therapists.

What You'll DoIndividual TherapyBuild and maintain an individual therapy caseloadConduct assessments and provide ongoing psychotherapyDevelop treatment plans and clinical documentationParticipate in supervision and case consultationGroup FacilitationGroups are a core part of the Honey model and an important part of clinician development.

You will:

Co-facilitate and facilitate therapeutic groupsReceive training in group facilitationParticipate in program development and educational offeringsContribute to Honey's community and wellness programmingApplicants should be excited about both individual therapy and learning to facilitate groups, as group work is an expected part of this role.

Professional DevelopmentParticipate in ongoing supervision and consultationDevelop specialty areas and clinical expertiseEngage in continuing education and training opportunitiesCollaborate with an interdisciplinary teamAreas of Specialty DevelopmentWe are particularly interested in clinicians who are excited to develop expertise in areas such as:

While caseloads naturally build over time, our goal is to support clinicians in developing and maintaining a full-time caseload rather than remaining in a permanently part-time role.
