- Creekside is currently seeking full-time therapists to provide counseling services to children (ages 5+), adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and couples.
We welcome clinicians with experience working across a range of populations and are open to supporting therapists in serving their specialty areas and preferred client populations. At Creekside Counseling Group, we believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. We offer therapy tailored to client's specific needs, whether it be individual, family, couples counseling, or play therapy. Our office is expanding and we're looking for someone who loves helping people be the best version of themselves. We offer a flexible schedule, furnished offices, and a supportive environment! Therapists may provide in-person and telehealth services, though the ability to provide both is preferable.
Therapist Job Responsibilities:
Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients. Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders. Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances. Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress. Involves and advises family members when appropriate. Refers patients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary. Completes timely progress notes for each patient encounter. Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality. Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Must be available for in-person sessions on a regular basis.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field. Current with all state licensing requirements, including LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLMFT, LMFT, LLP or LP.

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
