Join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Community-Based Services, youll provide compassionate, person-centered, and trauma-informed behavioral health services in community settings.

What Youll Do:

Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using a recovery-oriented, relationship-focused approachServe as a primary case holder: conduct assessments, diagnose, develop and review treatment plans, and coordinate careProvide crisis intervention, referrals, and collaborate with community partners and service agenciesFacilitate psychoeducational groups (e.g., parenting skills, anger management, independent living)Use evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Infant Mental HealthParticipate in trainings and maintain consistent, reliable attendance
