Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Therapist Outpatient Services Are you passionate about helping individuals on their recovery journey? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Therapist to join our Outpatient Services team. Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Outpatient SUD Services, the SUD Therapist provides person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented behavioral health services in a supportive outpatient setting. This role focuses on empowering individuals through self-determined, least restrictive care that promotes long-term wellness and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing Conduct assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and formal treatment reviews Deliver crisis intervention, care coordination, referrals, and collaboration with community partners Facilitate psychoeducational groups (e.g., parenting skills, independent living skills, anger management, substance use education) Maintain accurate documentation and consistent attendance If you are committed to making a meaningful impact and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment, we encourage you to apply and join our mission to support recovery and resilience.
