reviews $31.41 - $44.80 an hour - Full-time Intake Specialist/Outpatient Therapy This position provides clinical intake assessments, therapy, and case management services to people with mental health disabilities. Essential Functions Provides clinical intake assessments. Schedule and conduct person centered planning activities. Develop individual plans of service, amending and updating as indicated. Provide clinical services, including individual, family, and group therapy. Provide ongoing case management services as required. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other community agencies. Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner, consistent with agency, state, and federal requirements. An employee with this or any position is expected to support the employment environment. Other Functions Compiles and prepares reports as assigned. Participates in training and continuing education opportunities as assigned. Other duties as assigned by the Mental Health Supervisor. Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or mental health related discipline. Six months to one year of experience working with people with mental health related disabilities. Licensure or certification in professional discipline. CADC or CAADC credentials. Good organizational skills. Ability to write and speak effectively. Possession of a valid Michigan's driver's license.
