Job Description

Job Overview Our Private Practice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated female clinician to ​provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations. Accepted credentials are as follows; LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, ​
TLLP, LLP, LP.
​The ideal candidate will have a strong background in, or open to learning psychodynamic therapy approach and is willing/experienced working with children, teens, and families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering weekly evidence-based therapies in private practice, outpatient setting, including telehealth options. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT coding standards. Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions addressing issues like trauma, grief, addiction, PTSD, gender identity, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, chronic pain management, and behavioral challenges. Completing and managing weekly progress notes. Utilize telehealth platforms to extend services remotely when appropriate. Attending weekly supervision for psychodynamic methods Skills Expertise in psychotherapy techniques, especially psychodynamic therapy. Experience working with children & families. Strong communication skills for client assessment and treatment. Experience with telehealth platforms is preferred. Compassionate approach combined with professionalism to support diverse client needs across different age groups and backgrounds.
