QSP / Behavior Trainer (Full-Time) Just Kids Autism Center | Bloomington, MN | In-Person | Full-Time | $60-$75/hr Who We Are Just Kids Autism Center is a clinic-based ABA practice in Bloomington, MN serving children with autism. Many from East African immigrant families navigating this system for the first time. Our owner works six days a week alongside her team. We keep food boxes, diapers, and school supplies stocked for families who need them. No application, no eligibility review. That's just how we operate. We're not a corporate ABA clinic. We're a team that's all the way in. And we need a QSP/Trainer who is too. The Role This is a full-time, in-person position focused on staff development, competency training, and clinical quality across the floor. You're the person who ensures our Level II and III providers are skilled, consistent, and set up to do great work with kids. You're not primarily carrying a caseload, you're building the clinical backbone of the team. We're bringing you in hourly to start with a clear 90-day checkpoint where we revisit compensation based on where the clinic has grown. We're scaling. We want you to grow with us. What You'll Own Onboarding and competency training for new RBTs, BTs, and Level II/III providers Ongoing skills observation and feedback — structured, documented, consistent Fidelity monitoring across active programs Training calendar development and execution — not ad hoc, scheduled Escalation support when direct staff need clinical coaching in the moment Collaboration with our BCBA and Clinical Director on treatment integrity Documentation of supervision hours and competency checks per EIDBI and BACB standards What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification or Minnesota LBA licensure — required to function as a QSP under

Experience training and supervising RBTs, BTs, or paraprofessionals in a clinic or community setting Someone who leads from the floor, not from a desk Strong training instincts, you know how to teach, not just correct Cultural humility is non-negotiable — our families and our staff require it Bilingual in Somali, Amharic, Arabic, French, or Spanish is a significant advantage — additional hourly differential available for bilingual candidates Comfortable in a growing practice that doesn't have every system perfectly built yet Compensation $60-$75/hr | Full-Time | Hourly to start with 90-day compensation review Bilingual differential available on top of base rate We start hourly while the clinic comes off a waitlist.
