Marshall, MN and surrounding area within a 30 mile radius We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to supporting individuals through evidence-based therapeutic interventions while fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment. This position involves working with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health and behavioral challenges, including autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities. The Therapist will provide individualized care, conduct assessments, facilitate therapeutic services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client growth, resilience, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs. Utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities to support client progress. Implement behavior management and applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies as appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, caregivers, schools, and community providers to coordinate care. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to support positive outcomes. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field required. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure required. Knowledge of diagnostic assessment processes and evidence-based therapeutic practices. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards related to clinical practice. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and continued learning.

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
