Job Description

Position Title:
Pre-licensed Therapist/ Clinical Trainee Compensation (Pay/Benefits) Our employees are our most valuable asset; therefore, we offer competitive pay and benefits. The pay range for these positions starts at $57,800 - $69,300 a year for full time, depending on qualifications (i.e., licensure and experience). This salary reflects a 40-hour workweek, annualized. Any agreed-upon reduction in weekly hours will be reflected in salary commensurately. Please inquire with interest. This position is benefits eligible, including health and dental insurance, health savings account with an employer contribution, flexible spending accounts, and retirement account with matching contribution. Additionally, we offer generous PTO, paid holiday schedule, childcare discount, and eligibility for loan forgiveness!
Schedule:
35-40 hours, M-F. This is considered a hybrid position.

Minnetonka Center Program Summary:
St. David's Preschool Autism Day Treatment provides both early intervention and family support services to preschool age clients with an autism spectrum disorder. Our approach to treatment is developmental, relational, and play-based, integrating mental health and pediatric therapies to provide support for the challenges associated with autism.
Position Overview:
  • Coordinate and oversee support staff, and facilitate services in day treatment milieu which results in a successfully functioning treatment room that accomplishes the treatment goals for the enrolled children.
  • Provide mental health services to children and families consistent with ethical best practices and St. David's mission, vision and values which results in a bridge between treatment milieu and home, improved client outcomes, and achieving targeted caseload enrollments.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with laws and St. David's policies which results in clear communication to a variety of organizations and people regarding assessment, treatment goals, interventions, progress, and outcomes of enrolled clients.
  • Demonstrate strong spirit of teamwork and flexibility by working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and Mental Health Professionals which results in a positive and supportive team atmosphere.

Job Qualifications:
Education
  • Master's degree in the mental health field, eligible to receive clinical supervision toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT).
  • A mental health practitioner working as a clinical trainee must be in compliance with the requirements of the applicable health-related licensing board, including requirements for supervised practice. Experience
  • Relevant experience in the delivery of early childhood programming and mental health services.
  • Relevant experience with children with special needs and Autism services (Preferred).
