Summary:
The Clinical Trainee Therapist position will support anti-oppressive/anti-racist practice, and trauma-responsive practice in all aspects of their interactions with staff, community, and company stakeholders through their administrative and operations support of program staff working on site and in community to address socioeconomic and health disparity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide in-home services and use telehealth as needed Provide a minimum of 15-20 billable hours per week for part-time Carry caseload of 10-12 ongoing clients, in case of cancellations 2-4 DAs per week Open to facilitating community based group Diagnostic assessments and de-westernized therapy Develop treatment plans Conduct diagnostic assessments Provide ongoing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families at our office, in-home and/or virtually Ability to provide culturally sensitive services that are advocacy-oriented and client-centered Encourage client retention and regular communication, coordinate services with other health care providers to ensure that client receives adequate services Provide adequate documentation of services, i.e., complete progress notes Participate in department clinical supervision and other meetings, including a monthly group training session, perform other duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with DHS and insurance regulations Other related duties may be assigned

Masters, LGSW, LICSW, MA (LPCC), MA (LMFT), or LP Environmen t: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
