Compassionate Counseling St. Louis is growing, and we're looking for a therapist who is passionate about helping children, teens, and families navigate anxiety, anxiety-driven anger, and trauma. We believe therapists do their best work when they have strong support, manageable caseloads, and the freedom to focus on clinical care -- not jumping through the hoops of running your own business, or answering to grant funders with no idea of how therapy really works. We're seeking a Missouri-licensed clinician (LCSW or LPC preferred) with experience treating pediatric anxiety and training in CBT. Compensation and Earnings Potential Base rate $55-65 per clinical hour (W2), depending on experience Performance bonus structure once you see 11+ clients per week Earn up to $85 per 45-minute session Full-time clinicians can earn up to $110,000 annually Minimum 15 client hours per week; higher earnings as caseload grows What We Provide $200 CE stipend per quarter plus additional training support Paid non-clinical time for meetings, prep, and no-shows Paid onboarding and initial training hours Quarterly bonuses to support your self-care PTO available after trial period, with up to 4 weeks combined time off Monthly supervision and collaborative clinical support Flexible schedule design (3-4 days per week options available) We're building a team of clinicians who care deeply about their work and want to practice in a setting that is organized, supportive, and sustainable long-term.
