Tenure You Can Trust:

Flexible Schedules:

Choose between 4-day work weeks (10-hour days) or a traditional Monday-Friday schedule.

Small Caseloads:

Center-based caseloads capped at 6-10 clients with dedicated teams of 4-5 BCBAs.

Specialized Centers:

Academy Center (Ages 7 & under) La Salle Center (Ages 8-12) Galley Center (Ages 13-21)

Professional Growth:

BCBA:

Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans. Supervise RBTs and oversee data collection. Provide direct ABA therapy and parent training. Maintain a caseload of 6-10 clients, focusing on quality outcomes. Collaborate in monthly team and case review meetings.

What We're Looking For:

Active BCBA certification in good standing. Experience with high-magnitude behaviors or early intervention preferred. A team-oriented, self-motivated professional with reliable transportation. CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).

$82,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
