Knowledge of psychiatric terminology and the process of psychiatric diagnosis.4. Must demonstrate knowledge of the theory and practice of mental health assessment and treatment and have basic research skills.5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to function as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.6. Must have organizational and leadership skills.7. Must be able to demonstrate good independent judgment, adapt to new duties and work in a changing environment.8.
