Do:
- Develop individualized, client-focused ABA interventions that are meaningful and fun for clients and their families.
- Conduct thorough assessments and continually monitor client progress, using data to guide treatment adjustments.
- Lead family guidance sessions to ensure support extends beyond the clinic and into the home and community.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and oversee treatment implementation across settings to ensure integrity and results.
- Provide mentorship and supervision to RBTs, while fostering a positive, goal-oriented team environment.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to program development.
- Minimal travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
What is
REQUIRED
At least 2 (two) years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting. Familiarity with the field of early intervention Expert knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies and approaches found to benefit children with ASD Experience writing Applied Behavior Analytic programs, analyzing data and graphing data Expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention strategies related to program and service delivery Understanding of insurance practices within the medical model Valid CPR Certification and other medical and training requirements. Ability to pass a background clearance and reference check Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness with clinical notes and reports Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Schedule:
Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30AM and 5:30PM--UP
TO 20 HOURS PER WEEK NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS
