SUMMARY:

Provide counseling services in a private practice setting.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirement of a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related discipline from an accredited program and possess license to practice in Mississippi. Minimum of two (2) years of related credentialed experience. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of clients, staff and individuals in the community. Ability to work with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment Ability to express complex information and ideas both verbally and in writing. Ability to work within Bolt Counseling Services' mission, philosophy and policies/procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

CLINICAL Provide individual, family and marital counseling. Attend weekly supervision meetings to improve therapeutic skills. Maintain case notes using an EHR. Therapist must adhere to confidentiality policies and maintain a high-level of personal responsibility.
