With a commitment to quality care, we also offer residential treatment for substance abuse through Weems LifeCare, ensuring that our community receives the support it needs. Summary We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Weems Community Mental Health Center. In this role, you will provide therapeutic support and interventions to individuals and families, contributing to their mental well-being and recovery. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve their personal goals. Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients of all ages. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive case management. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Provide support and counseling to families as needed. Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field required. Experience in behavioral therapy, case management, and child family counseling preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
