Job Description

School Based Outpatient Therapist (LCPC/PCLC,LCSW/SWLC) Greater Valley Health Center (GVHC) Full-Time | Monday - Friday Competitive Pay - Depending on Experience and Licensure Status Join Our Behavioral Health Team Greater Valley Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Based Outpatient Therapist to provide behavioral health services to students within a school setting. This position works closely with students, families, school staff, and healthcare providers to support mental wellness, emotional regulation, crisis intervention, and long-term therapeutic success. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed therapist or licensure candidate who is passionate about working with children and adolescents in a collaborative, integrated care environment. Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy for children and adolescents Conduct mental health assessments, screenings, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention Deliver evidence-based behavioral health services in a school-based setting Collaborate with school staff, parents, primary care providers, and behavioral health professionals Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and care coordination Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support students experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and social-emotional concerns Provide referrals and coordinate integrated care services as needed Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and Montana licensing requirement Qualifications Master's degree in: Clinical Social Work Professional Counseling Psychology Related Behavioral Health Field Montana licensure or licensure candidacy as:
LCPC/PCLC LCSW/SWLC CPR
Certification (training available through GVHC)
Preferred:
