Job Description

Family Centered Treatment (FCT) - Qualified Professional Support, Inc. Do you want to make a difference in the lives of children and families? Support, Inc. is looking for a Qualified Professional (QP) to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) program . This is a unique opportunity to work directly with families in their homes and communities, helping them build on their strengths and create lasting change. What You'll Do Provide intensive, family-focused therapy in the home to support children with behavioral health needs. Partner with parents and caregivers to strengthen family dynamics and improve functioning. Develop and implement person-centered treatment plans based on the needs of each child and family. Collaborate with schools, DSS, juvenile justice, and other community partners. Document services according to FCT and Medicaid standards. Participate in ongoing training and certification in the Family Centered Treatment model (provided by the agency). What We're Looking For Must meet North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP) requirements: Bachelor's degree in human services field and 2+ years of experience with the child mental health population, OR Master's degree in a human services field and 1+ year of experience (Includes internships and any previous experience in the human service field). Passion for working with children and families. Ability to work independently in the community while staying connected to a supportive team. Strong organizational and communication skills.
