- May 20, 2026 Palmetto Counseling & Consulting Services, a private mental health group practice with two locations near Charlotte, NC, is now recruiting licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, licensed marriage & family therapists, licensed clinical psychologists for full-time, W-2, salaried therapist positions.
We are looking for the following designations: LISW-CP, LCSW, LPC, LCMHC, LMFT, Licensed Clinical Psychologist. We are seeking full-time W-2, salaried therapists with availability to see clients for in-office appointments.
Salary Range:
$85,000
- $140,000 per year Master's Degree or higher in Human Services Related Field with two years post-degree experience and full, independent licensure in South Carolina.
Ideal candidate will possess a current South Carolina license in good standing with no restrictions or limitations required for independent professional practice. Must have the ability to become credentialed to receive Third-Party / Private Insurance reimbursement. Computer proficiency skills and experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR / EHR) is required.
