Wilson, Wake, and Pitt Counties Overview Impact Home Care Solutions is continuing to grow its Behavioral & Mental Health Services division and is actively expanding our team. We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to support our increasing service needs across programs. These positions are important in helping us maintain consistent, high-quality care for the individuals we serve. We are looking for professionals who demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered service delivery.

Work Schedule Options:

Part-Time PRN (as needed) Full-Time opportunities may be available depending on program demands •Schedules and assignments will vary depending on position and client coverage needs Pay Structure Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process. What We're Looking For A high level of professionalism, dependability, and ethical practice Ability to manage responsibilities independently while collaborating with a team Comfortable providing support through both community-based and in-person settings Strong communication, clinical documentation, and assessment capabilities as applicable to role Willingness to travel within assigned service areas as needed Must be eligible for rehire with previous employers (if applicable) We welcome applicants with backgrounds in: In-home care or healthcare support Family caregiving Behavioral health or mental health experience Childcare or early education settings Support services for individuals with disabilities Residential care (group homes, assisted living, memory care) Dementia or Alzheimer's care Medical assisting or similar healthcare roles CNA coursework or hands-on training
