Position Summary 1Eleven Recovery is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our growing team. The Clinical Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy services to clients experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. This role works closely with the multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support long-term recovery. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with case managers, medical providers, peer support staff, and leadership to coordinate client care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed.
  • Participate in clinical staffing meetings and case consultations.
  • Uphold all ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active North Carolina licensure or associate-level licensure preferred (LCMHC, LCMHC-A, LCSW, LCSW-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions preferred.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in residential or outpatient addiction treatment settings.
  • EMDR training or certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. What We Offer
