Job Description

IOP Program Therapist Job Description Anchor Perinatal Wellness (APW) is North Carolina's only intensive outpatient program for perinatal mental health. We also provide outpatient services and free perinatal mental health screenings. We treat pregnant and postpartum (up to 2 years) people with depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, intrusive thoughts, OCD, and other perinatal distress. We are a collaborative group of clinicians skilled in evidence-based modalities for this population. We serve people of all races, ethnicities, religions, gender identities, sexual orientations, immigration statuses, and socioeconomic statuses. We encourage creativity and welcome staff ideas. Licensure Requirements:
Fully-licensed or associate-licensed
LCSW, LCMHC, LPA, LMFT
Education:
Training and experience in an evidence-based therapeutic modality, including, but not limited to, CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT, and/or somatic modalities. Psychodynamic providers are also welcome.
Assigned duties include:
Two weeks of paid training Group therapy for IOP clients Weekly individual sessions with IOP clients Family psychoeducational sessions with IOP clients Regular case consultations and staff meetings Accurate and timely clinical documentation Coordination of care with outside providers Participation in on-call rotation Benefits Health insurance 3 weeks PTO, with additional unpaid leave available 8 paid holidays Clinical supervision for those with associate licenses Opportunities for paid

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
