Job Description
Hello, Potential Coworker! Are you a mental health therapist looking for a professional, drama-free place to practice? Our team of five therapists recently moved into a newly remodeled office building located directly across from RWMC. With excellent visibility and a steady online presence (our website receives approximately 25 new visits per day), we're continuing to grow and are looking for the right therapists to join us. Because of our expanded space, we currently have several offices available. Whether you're looking to: Start your own private practice, Relocate an established practice, or Join a supportive team as a W-2 employee, we can help create an arrangement that fits your goals. Our office was designed with both therapists and clients in mind. From the office layouts and sizes to the color selections and overall atmosphere, we've worked hard to create a space that feels welcoming, professional, and comfortable. Combined with more than 50 years of collective clinical experience among our team, it's an excellent environment in which to build a career. Compensation options are flexible and competitive. W-2 positions typically start around $40 per hour, while independent practitioners can earn well over $120 per session after expenses. We'd love to show you around.
