Master's Level Therapist About Us:
Elevate Counseling Services LLC is a growing, client-centered practice dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We are committed to fostering both client wellness and clinician growth, offering flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing professional development.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Master's Level Therapist to join our team. This position is open to both licensed and unlicensed clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state regulations and licensing boards Participate in supervision and team meetings
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field Licensed (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) or license-eligible in New Hampshire Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Commitment to ongoing professional growth and learning
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive fee split (based on licensure and experience) Flexible scheduling Supervision provided for unlicensed clinicians Administrative support (scheduling, billing, etc.) Opportunities for professional development and advancement
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
