What You'll Do Provide Direct Care:

Conduct individual and family clinical biopsychosocial assessments, tailoring evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) to client needs. Collaborate with

Teams:

Participate in treatment team meetings alongside licensed professionals, including LCMHCs, LICSWs, LMFTs, MDs, and APRNs.

Case Management & Advocacy:

Assist clients in navigating community resources and accessing necessary services.

Clinical Documentation:

Gain proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) documentation in accordance with state and clinical standards. Requirements What We're Looking For Currently enrolled in an accredited Master's program for Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy (second-year students preferred). Strong commitment to gain experience in a community mental health center and a desire to serve those with severe mental illness. A passion for working with children/families or adults (program-dependent). Ability to work in-person (limited evening hours may be required).
