- Part-time We are seeking compassionate, professional, and reliable staff members to provide one‑to‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the homes of young children with autism.
This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about supporting children's growth in communication, social interaction, and independent living skills. Ongoing clinical training and supervision ensures staff are supported every step of the way. Job Responsibilities Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in the child's home environment Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by a supervising clinician (BCBA) Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Collaborate with families to reinforce strategies and celebrate progress Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in all client interactions Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred Current RBT credential highly preferred Prior experience with children with autism required Access to reliable transportation as the position requires traveling to client homes throughout southern NJ Ability to adapt to flexible schedules including afterschool and evenings Familiarity with electronic medical records technology is preferred Excellent communication and observational skills Willingness to complete provided ABA training and ongoing supervision Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and different locations Knowledge of behavioral therapy methods and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques preferred Understanding and adherence to HIPAA compliance standards. Patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude to support children's emotional and developmental needs.
