Position Overview:

We are currently seeking New Jersey licensed clinicians (LSW, LAC, LAMFT) and (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) to provide in-home and community-based therapeutic services throughout New Jersey. As a 1099 independent contractor, you will have the flexibility and autonomy in creating your work schedule. Services are provided throughout Northern New Jersey , including Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Morris, Hudson and Union Counties . Candidates should be comfortable traveling within these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-home and community-based counseling services to children and adolescents with emotional and/or behavioral challenges Implement individualized treatment plans to support stabilization and reduce the need for higher levels of care Utilize evidence-based, short-term therapeutic interventions tailored to each client Deliver behavioral support and intervention strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Participate in Child Family Team (CFT) meetings as appropriate Engage in regular supervision and consultation Maintain consistent and professional communication with supervisors and team members Collaborate with case managers and providers regarding client progress

Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in a related field Active NJ license: LSW, LAC, LAMFT and

LCSW, LPC, LMFT.

Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel locally Ability to manage time independently and prioritize tasks effectively Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills Bilingual are a plus (Spanish, Creole, ASL, etc.)
