Job Description:
Cape May Trauma Treatment Therapist Child and adolescent therapist needed to treat youth 17 years and under impacted by trauma. Training in evidence-based practices provided, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. Therapists are supervised by the Senior Director of Outpatient Services who has over 20 years of experience supervising therapists. LSW, LAC, and LAMFT encouraged to apply. Clinical Supervision will be provided. Therapist will work in JFS' Cape May Court House location serving Cape May County youth and families. Therapist hours will be Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm.Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, provide accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being. Provide therapy services to address and improve family dynamics, relationships, and communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.Requirements:
Education/Licensure:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.Licensure required:
LSW, LAC or LAMFT license required.Experience:
