Job Description
Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is a community-focused, in-home ABA therapy agency supporting children and young adults ages 3-23 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Since 2015, we have partnered with families to provide high-quality ABA services rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and meaningful growth. We are currently looking to bring on additional ABA Behavior Technicians who have a passion for helping children learn and thrive in their natural home environment. Position Overview As a Behavior Technician, you will: Work directly with one student in the home setting Follow a customized Behavior Intervention Plan supervised by a BCBA Use play-based and structured learning to support communication, social skills, and daily routines Record data and session notes to track progress Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and family members What You'll Gain Competitive hourly pay After-school and weekend scheduling available Ongoing training and BCBA-led supervision Support with earning RBT certification Experience that is valuable for careers in Psychology, Special Education, OT, Speech, or ABA Ideal Candidate Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs Clear, professional communication skills Patience, reliability, and a warm, engaging approach with learners Prior ABA or childcare experience is a plus, but not required CPR/First Aid, Mandated Reporter, RBT, or similar trainings are a bonus Current Case Available
