Do you want to become an incredible ABA Therapist? Join Our Team! No Experience Necessary...Will Train! Services are provided in person. MUST live in NEW JERSEY or relocating to NJ at time of case .Exciting opportunities available at various locations: Enjoy a consistent, paid schedule with a guaranteed 40 hours per week 8am-4pm! We will train in Center prior to case assignment in the following environments: Center, Home, Preschool, & Daycare locations throughout
Central & Northern NJ Following Counties:
Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex (only as far south as New Brunswick), Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Union, Warren ABA Therapist /

ABA Therapist Requirements:
Experience working with Children (will train) ABA Therapist /
RBT Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on their needs and goals as designed by the BCBA.
  • Conduct behavior assessments and collect data to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions using behavioral therapy techniques.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Assist in developing and implementing behavior management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and behavior interventions.
  • All ABA services are provided Monday-Friday (5 days a week)
  • Hours may vary.
