Approximately 6 to 8 hours per week across 3-4 days (flexible scheduling)

Compensation:

$1,500-$2,000/month, depending on experience and qualifications

Start Date:

June 2026 We are seeking an experienced BCBA or highly skilled developmental professional to work closely with our bright, curious, and engaging 6-year-old son in both home and community settings. This is not a clinic role, passive supervision position, or babysitting opportunity. We are intentionally seeking a thoughtful, highly capable individual who understands child development deeply and can become a meaningful, stabilizing, and growth-oriented presence in a young child's life. The ideal candidate is warm, emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys children — while also being structured, confident, reliable, and appropriately firm when needed. We value professionals who can build authentic connection while maintaining high expectations, consistency, and clear boundaries. The role focuses on supporting meaningful growth through real-world engagement, including: communication and social development, emotional regulation, executive functioning, independence, behavioral flexibility, confidence-building, play and imagination, and everyday life skills.

Sessions may take place in:

the home, parks, libraries, community settings, educational outings, and other natural environments where meaningful learning can occur.
