  • Full-time Arya Therapy Center of New Jersey is a progressive Mental Health Facility located in Princeton, New Jersey.
We offer Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP), Day Treatment, Individual, Group, and Family Counseling to individuals seeking comprehensive mental health support. Our mission is to provide holistic, client-centered care in a collaborative and innovative environment. Position Overview We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to join our expanding team at our new Princeton, NJ location. The clinician will provide therapeutic services to individuals living with serious mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders for our IOP program. This role involves direct clinical care, recovery planning, case management, and coordination of services in a supportive team-based environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations addressing medical, psychological, social, legal, educational/vocational, risk, substance use, nutritional, developmental, and medication history. Develop and implement individualized recovery plans in collaboration with clients. Facilitate a variety of treatment modalities, including skills training, relapse prevention, Illness Management & Recovery (IMR), and wellness-focused interventions. Provide individual, group, and family therapy with sensitivity to clients' cultural, religious, and learning needs. Offer education and support to families as appropriate. Coordinate care and services with other providers and agencies to support client recovery. Apply evidence-based practices, including integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders, psychiatric rehabilitation, and motivational interviewing. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system. Qualifications Master's degree in a clinically oriented field (required). Active license or eligibility in NJ preferred: Minimum LSW or LAC, LCSW or LPC preferred. Training and/or experience in working with adults with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) in outpatient and/or community-based settings.

$65,000.00
