Position Overview Due to client-specific therapeutic needs and preferences, we are seeking a male therapist for this position . This is a part-time position during after school hours , providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Provide intensive, individualized 1:1 ABA therapy Implement treatment plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record data accurately Assist with progress monitoring and written summaries Collaborate with supervising BCBA and school to support client goals Qualifications Experience providing ABA therapy preferred Experience working with children with developmental disabilities Background in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or related field Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Willingness to travel to client homes Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Punctual, professional, and dependable Supervision for those pursuing RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA certification may be available at the discretion of the supervising BCBA.
